At Dermatology Partners, our commitment to care extends beyond our clinics and into the communities we are privileged to serve. Over the past three months, our physicians, teams, patients, and partners have come together to support meaningful community initiatives across our region.
Veterans Day Appreciation at The Baltimore Station
Dr. Kate Viola and the dedicated team from our Sparks, MD location spent Veterans Day with the residents of The Baltimore Station, a nonprofit rehabilitation and outpatient center serving veterans. The team provided complimentary full-body skin examinations to screen for signs of skin cancer and hosted a shared lunch with residents, creating space for connection, conversation, and reflection on future goals. This day exemplified our commitment to preventive care and honoring those who have served.
First Annual Food Drive
Throughout November, Dermatology Partners proudly hosted our first annual food drive in support of local food cupboards. With the generosity of our patients, staff, and community members, we collected more than 1,000 non-perishable food items, benefiting over 12 organizations across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Together, we helped provide nourishment and comfort to families during the holiday season.
We are grateful for the collective efforts that made these initiatives possible and look forward to continuing our community outreach. Please keep an eye out for our next charitable campaign launching later this winter.
