Pennsylvania Patients Can Begin Accessing Care May 1
Philadelphia, PA — [4/22/26] — Dermatology Partners, a privately owned, physician-led dermatology group serving the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced it has entered into new agreements with Keystone First CHIP and Community Health Plan, significantly expanding access to dermatologic care for hundreds of thousands of patients across Southeastern Pennsylvania.
This expansion reflects Dermatology Partners’ ongoing commitment to improving access to high-quality, compassionate care, particularly for underserved communities. Through these agreements, more individuals and families, including those who have historically faced barriers to specialty care, will now have greater access to essential dermatologic services.
Just as important, the partnership also broadens access for pediatric patients through the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), helping ensure that children with limited access to dermatologic care can now receive treatment for a wide range of skin conditions.

Keystone First serves more than 500,000 members across Southcentral and Southeastern Pennsylvania, including over 180,000 individuals age 55 and older. Many of these individuals have had little to no access to high-quality dermatology services until now. This collaboration helps address that need by expanding care in convenient, community-based locations.
Patients enrolled in Keystone First CHIP and Community Health Plan can begin scheduling appointments at all Pennsylvania offices, with additional availability at the following Dermatology Partners locations starting May 1:

- Roxborough (Philadelphia County)
- Doylestown (Bucks County)
- Chadds Ford (Chester County)
- Torresdale (Philadelphia County)
- Kutztown (Berks County)
- Port Richmond (Philadelphia County)
- Plymouth Meeting (Upper Montgomery County)
- Schnecksville (Lehigh County)
