VP of Growth & Business Development
Andrew Kay is the Vice President of Growth & Business Development at Dermatology Partners. Andrew graduated from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Legal Studies. A few years later while working for the Department of Defense he went back to school at night to receive his MBA from Drexel University in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Prior to joining Dermatology Partners in 2021, his career was in government contracts, most recently at International SOS as the Global Director of Contracts and Compliance where he managed the TRICARE Overseas Program contract.
Andrew brings extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate growth, operational process/procedures development and management, leadership, managing large teams and quality improvement. In his role as Vice President of Growth & Business Development, Andrew focuses on assisting in overseeing and identifying efficiencies with current operations and working to continue the expansion and growth of Dermatology Partners.
Andrew currently resides in Blue Bell with his wife Michelle and sons Marley & Dylan. In his free time he enjoys attending concerts, spending time at the Margate beach, Philadelphia sports (including his Philly Spectrum S project), traveling and all things Philly.
