Regional Practice Manager - Lancaster, Union, York Counties and Maryland

Telisha Trammell is the Regional Practice Manager for Region 4 at Dermatology Partners. With a strong clinical background and extensive experience in multi-site practice management, Telisha specializes in new practice acquisitions, restructuring operations to align with organizational and federal standards and practice regionalization. As a lean leader and advocate for Just Culture, she is committed to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace. Telisha previously worked as a practice manager at WellSpan Health. Telisha earned her Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Purdue University's Purdue Global program.

Telisha resides in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia with her three children and two French Bulldogs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her daughter for all-star cheerleading competitions.
