Amber Mault joins Dermatology Partners as Vice President of People, bringing more than 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience across high-growth, multi-site organizations. She specializes in building scalable people strategies that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while supporting outstanding patient care. Amber is passionate about partnering with providers and teams across the organization to strengthen culture, leadership, and the overall employee experience.
Outside of work, Amber’s greatest joy is spending time with her two children, Quinn (18) and Audrey (16), and making memories with family and close friends. She especially enjoys summer days at the Jersey Shore, attending concerts, and cheering on her favorite teams at live sporting events.
