She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ursinus College and holds the prestigious SHRM-SCP certification, demonstrating her expertise in strategic human resources leadership and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Sarah has been passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures, supporting employee growth, and helping organizations build strong, engaged teams. Her broad industry background provides her with a well-rounded perspective and the ability to adapt HR strategies to meet the evolving needs of both employees and organizations.
Originally from Delaware, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including her son, daughter, and two black Labrador retrievers. Outside of work, she loves reading, traveling, running, cooking, and relaxing at the beach.
