Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
David P. Singer, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in general plastic and reconstructive surgery including skin malignancies, lesions, and general reconstruction, birth defects, pediatric plastic surgery, complex and comprehensive hand surgery, trauma, burns, and microsurgery, and aesthetic surgery.
He attended Baylor University for his undergraduate studies in Biology, in which he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Singer continued his training with a combined residency in general and plastic surgery at Brown University. He then supplemented his training with a fellowship in Breast Microsurgery at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
He has published a multitude of publications in plastic and reconstructive surgery and has presented at numerous conferences. Dr. Singer is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has been awarded a number of distinctions throughout his career including being recognized as a Top Doc/Rising Star in the Philadelphia Magazine, and in 2019 he was named a Top Doctor in Plastic Surgery in both the Philadelphia Magazine and the Main Line Today.
Dr. Singer was a visiting scholar in microsurgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, one of the largest centers of microsurgery in the world. Dr. Singer has a particular interest and expertise in breat reconstruction and his advanced training allows him to offer patients a variety of options beyond the traditional techniques of implant reconstruction following mastectomy. He has performed numerous breast reconstructions including DIEP flap, breast reduction, hand surgery, skin cancer reconstruction, scar revision, and numerous cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation, breast lift, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), rhytidectomy (facelift), otoplasty (ear surgery), rhinoplasty (nose surgery), and other procedures.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Singer enjoys golf, tennis, mountain biking, fly fishing, and traveling.

Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Nestor Veitia, MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Dr. Veitia received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, after which he completed a full general surgery residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. During his residency he spent one year as a research fellow in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Veitia then completed a three-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.






Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
John Louis, MD, FACS, was born and raised in Fort Worth Texas with his parents and two brothers. He attended Texas A&M University where he studied architecture and pre-med studies receiving a Bachelor of Environmental Design in 1992, he graduated cum laude. Dr. Louis worked throughout all of his college years for a civil engineering company as a draftsman and subsequently performing land surveying and topographic flood studies.
After graduation, he attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas where he worked in graphic design for the School of Allied Heath and received many awards including The Eben J. Carey award for Anatomy. During his time in medical school he illustrated a textbook for the Physician’s Assistant program. He then completed a full five year General Surgery residency at The Carillon Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke Virginia and went on the complete a two year residency in Plastic Surgery at The Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Louis combines his diverse education background and work experience to develop customized treatment options for each and every patient based on their desires, needs and goals. Practice experience includes extensive work in reconstruction of post cancer excision defects, reconstructive breast surgery following mastectomies for cancer and other breast, abdomen and chest related issues as well as limb salvage. Aesthetic interests include breast reductions and mastopexies (breast lift), abdominal and head/neck procedures with focus on integration of traditional surgical techniques with newer non-invasive technologies to provide personalized solutions.
When not at work, Dr. Louis spends time with his family and their plott walking hound Reba. He likes to travel and study history, archeology, gardening and art.

Board-Certified Dermatologist
Irving D. Wolfe, MD, is a distinguished board-certified dermatologist based in Owings Mills, MD, with five decades of dedicated service in the medical field. With a profound commitment to excellence, Dr. Wolfe specializes in all areas of dermatology including skin cancer detection and treatment, wielding extensive expertise in the field. He retired from the field of dermatology on June 26, 2025.
A proud alum of the University of Maryland, Dr. Wolfe earned his medical degree in 1974, laying the foundation for his illustrious career. He then served as chief resident of the Department of Dermatology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He also served in the military where he completed an internship, one year of medical residency, and one year as a general medical officer at the United States Public Health Service’s hospital in Baltimore, MD, as well as on the United States Coast Guard Cutter Mendota. Throughout his journey, he has remained at the forefront of dermatological advancements, continually enhancing his skills and knowledge to provide optimal patient care.
Dr. Wolfe held several faculty and hospital positions in dermatology at both the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. A published author, he is a member of the American Board of Dermatology, Maryland Dermatologic Society, and is affiliated with LifeBridge Health Hospital in Maryland.
