Privately Held Practice Continues Rapid, Organic Growth
Philadelphia, PA (8/12/25) – Dermatology Partners, the region’s fastest-growing privately owned and
physician-led dermatology practice, has promoted Andrew Vail to Senior Director of Clinical
Development, while Joseph (Joe) Stultz has joined the organization as Director of Training.
These leadership moves reinforce the organization’s commitment to patient-centered care and
strategic, organic growth, without private equity funding.
Andrew Vail, who has served as the Director of Training at Dermatology Partners since 2021, has played
a key role in supporting compliance programs, practice operations, and regional clinic development. In
his new position as Senior Director of Clinical Development, he will further optimize the use of
technology-based tools and systems, coach providers on efficiency and data privacy, and help guide
integration as the company continues to grow.
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of dermatology, Vail began his career as a medical
and surgical assistant, allowing him to fully understand both sides of the business. He later went on to
manage multi-site operations for a regional dermatology group, overseeing compliance, workflow, and
provider relations before joining Dermatology Partners.
Joe Stultz joins the team with two decades of experience as a leader in training, operations, and
organizational development. Previously with Urban Outfitters and Gopuff, he has a proven history of
creating transformative learning experiences, which enable organizational growth. With a commitment
to continuous improvement, he plans to build on Dermatology Partners’ solid foundation to create
innovative training programs that benefit both employees and patients.
