Experienced Market Leader to Drive Visibility and Engagement
Birdsboro, PA (09/30/2025) - Dermatology Partners, the region’s premier privately owned and physician-led dermatology practice, announces the appointment of Adrienne Ralph as Director, Marketing & Communications. Ralph brings more than 15 years of experience leading customer-focused marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth and engagement.
Most recently, Ralph served as Director of Marketing Strategy for Non-Dues Revenue at AAA Club Alliance, where she oversaw omnichannel initiatives across eight business lines, managed a $15 million marketing budget, and led a 22-person team. Under her leadership, AAA achieved major performance gains, including a 30% increase in online traffic and a 5% boost in conversion rates, demonstrating a track record of building data-driven marketing programs that enable growth while also developing brand recognition and reputation.
“Adrienne is an accomplished marketing leader with the strategic vision and hands-on expertise to help Dermatology Partners expand its reach and impact,” says Andrew Kay, Executive Vice President of Growth at Dermatology Partners. “As we continue scaling and investing in the right kind of growth-new offices and infrastructure, providers, and back-end support systems and talent—our ultimate goal remains delivering better experiences and outcomes for patients. Adrienne’s expertise in data-driven campaigns, digital engagement, and partnerships will be instrumental in achieving that mission.”
Continues Kay, “Her appointment is one aspect of a larger, strategic plan to invest in our professional talent and technologies that ultimately fuel future growth along with a higher caliber of patient care.”
Ralph also previously held leadership positions in media and agency marketing. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Temple University, as well as certifications in Business Analytics (University of Pennsylvania), Leadership (University of Delaware), and Business and Management (Dale Carnegie).
A passionate mentor and team builder, Ralph is also active in community service, supporting youth and senior-focused organizations through volunteer and fundraising leadership roles.
“I’m thrilled to join Dermatology Partners at such an exciting time of growth,” says Ralph. “This organization has built an incredible reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care, and I look forward to shaping marketing strategies that further elevate the brand and strengthen connections with the communities we serve.
The appointment of Ralph marks another milestone in Dermatology Partners’ continued investment in top-tier leadership talent. Earlier this year, the practice welcomed Joseph Stultz as Director of Training while promoting Andrew Vail to Senior Director of Clinical Development. These appointments underscore Dermatology Partners commitment to building the infrastructure, expertise, and systems necessary to support growth while maintaining excellence in patient care in its nearly 40 clinics throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
